I headed to them to have a blood test for a 3 day baby. Guess what? the gentlemen in the lab did not call the nursery as other hospitals do, rather they took the baby in, and tried to take the specimen themselves!! they tried for 15 minutes and only after failing to take the specimen (imagine how many needle stings they have made) they called the nursery section. I received the baby after 30 minutes of martyrdom, with a blue swollen (not full of love here!) hand!
I wrote thru their website to complain, then sent them a letter, with not reply up to now.

اضطررت الى اخذ طفلي الى مستشفى الاستشاري لسحب عينة دم. المسؤولين في النختبر حاولوا سحب العينة بانفسهم دون ارجاء ذلك الى قسم الخداجة! بعد ١٥ دقيقة من البكاء ادرك المختبر اخيرا ضرورة الاتصال بالخداجة لسحب العينة. تم تسليمي الطفل بعد ٣٠ دق من البكاء بيد منتفخة جدا و زرقاء!
تم تجاهل شكواي!
