The last intel macbook pro /mbp does not show the new second screen ASUS ProArt PA279CRV 27", the display settings from the display joystick wont start as the signal is not detected.
Solution: USB-C did not work, eventhough the cabe was fine. I tried to connect the HDMI-1 port of display with an adaptor (hmdi to usbc)and it detected the signal.
Conclusion: Try tall the cables that come with your monitor with different port types.
I dont know why usb-c does not work. maybe mac issue.
