-Order the test under your patient name as written in the passport

-To send it with a DHL in Amman, you need a certificate of non infectious disease in English not Arabic, this is the most difficult step and bottleneck

- Go to a Comprehensive Health Center Go to one closes to you or anyone might work too. Abdoun is the cleanest. In Arabic it is called Markaz Sihi Shamil (مركز صحي شامل) you gonna give a blood and urine sample and can collect the certificate.

- ask them for a certificate similar to this here in the photo, not from Hakeem website, as the latter is only in Arabic not in English:

take the certificate and head with the stool sample to DHL.
